  1. HOW CAN I ORDER MY ORDER?

By clicking on “CASH” you are transferred to the Order Completion page where you fill in the Delivery, Payment and Shipping details. Then you accept the Terms and Conditions and Confirm your Order.

2. HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR THE TRANSPORTATION COSTS AND THE COD COD service?

Cash on delivery cost is free

3. HOW CAN I PAY?

Optikafloros.gr provides 2 different payment methods.
a) By COD: You pay at the time of delivery
b) by Credit or Debit: Transfer to your Bank environment.

4. IN HOW MANY DAYS WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The order arrives to you in 1 to 3 working days from the day of your order, depending on the place of delivery. The courier company that will deliver it to you is ELTA Courier.

5. I TRIED IT AND IT DOESN’T MAKE ME, CAN I CHANGE IT?

Optikafloros.gr give you the first change as a GIFT! All you have to do is call 241 025 0451 directly and the responsible change department will arrange your change immediately! The change will take place in your space HAND-HAND.

6. HOW CAN I BE INFORMED ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?
